About this position

Are you a highly organised detail-oriented superstar with a knack for numbers and a passion for global collaboration Acusensus is looking for a Tender & Global Business Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success!

Youll work closely with our Commercial Manager to craft winning proposals and pricing strategies and provide dedicated support to our Chief Customer Officer managing global meetings and ensuring our international relationships thrive. Youll be right at the heart of our commercial operations providing essential support across three key areas:

  • Tender Management: Youll be the wizard behind the curtain coordinating our end-to-end bid and tender processes ensuring everything runs like clockwork from start to submission.
  • Pricing Support: Get ready to crunch some numbers! Youll help gather crucial cost inputs and keep an eye on the market to ensure our pricing is always competitive.
  • International Business Support: Youll be facilitating smooth communication and follow-up with our international clients and partners even if it means some flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in tender processes and customer engagement is desired with a basic understanding of cost and pricing being advantageous.
  • Strong attention to numerical detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Ability to interpret information and contribute to the creation of clear and concise documents including basic pricing schedules.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with team members to gather information including cost and pricing inputs and build positive working relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) with strong Excel skills for data manipulation and basic calculations
  • Basic understanding of cost structures and pricing principles (highly desirable).

  • Personable and able to work independently with customers and other external parties while representing Acusensus professionally.

  • Willingness to learn about tender processes international business development and pricing strategies.
  • Awareness of cultural differences and sensitivities in international business contexts (desirable).
