Responsibilities

Under general supervision and in consultation with the AVP Equity and Compliance the Manager ensures campus compliance with EEO regulations oversees faculty and administrator searches develops training for hiring equity prepares affirmative action plans and participates in campus committees focused on advancing equity and inclusion.

  • Two years professional experience in a civil rights compliance related field.
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret federal and state laws regarding civil rights discrimination harassment retaliation and affirmative action.
