Responsibilities
Under general supervision and in consultation with the AVP Equity and Compliance the Manager ensures campus compliance with EEO regulations oversees faculty and administrator searches develops training for hiring equity prepares affirmative action plans and participates in campus committees focused on advancing equity and inclusion.
- Serves as the review and compliance approval authority for Faculty and Administrator searches and partners to ensure best practices in equitable hiring are administered.
- Reviews job postings rubrics interview questions and search reports and develops and conducts training regarding equitable hiring practices.
- Oversees preparation and submission of the Affirmative Action Plan.
