Job Description:
Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: remote from Poland
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data collection.
Participate in process improvement and cost control projects.
Assist in the communication of financial data and insights.
Support financial compliance and reporting efforts.
Contribute to financial system enhancements.
Provide assistance on various financial projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 3 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role in finance or related roles
Proven experience in financial analysis forecasting and reporting
Proficiencies in financial operations and data analysis
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Finance or a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus
