This role is critical to ensuring aseamless secure and cost-effective transitionwhile maximizing business value from the service provider through strong governance innovation and continuous service improvements. The individual must also bringstrong technical expertiseto evaluate solutions ensure optimal architectural decisions and lead teams in a highly complex and evolving IT landscape.

Qualifications
- 15 yearsof experience in IT Infrastructure Compute Storage CloudOps or Managed Services.
- Provenleadership experiencein large-scale IT transitions outsourcing strategies and vendor management.
- Strongtechnical expertisein:
- Compute & Storage Architecture
- Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud Platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
- Software-Defined Storage and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)
- IT Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
- Cybersecurity & Compliance (ISO 27001 NIST GDPR)
- Experience leadingmulti-million-dollar vendor contracts and partnerships.
- Track record of drivingcost savings operational efficiencies and continuous service improvements.
- Strong knowledge ofITIL frameworks automation and service management best practices.
