Learning & Development Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - Billericay
Salary: Competitive
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a L&D Coordinator to join us and help keep our Learning Engine room on track! This role is for a key member of our L&D team bringing incredible administration and organisational skills with you.
Who are we looking for
Well just say it we are looking for someone who loves keeping things on track! We need ninja like admin skills an obsession with detail and getting it right throw into the mix being able to juggle a ringing phone teams chats a pinging inbox and 85 last minute changes to requests! You must like working as part of a team as thats the way we like it here! You will thrive when youre busy and work well under pressure youll be able to follow processes and procedures (and tweak them when we need to) and have a get it done mentality.
Youre likely to be a chatty person who loves to get to know people after all its what we are all about but you will also be able to focus and keep a very busy bookings team on the straight and narrow! You will like challenging the norm and speaking up when you have ideas or solutions. Youll enjoy some fun as our team is a great place to work. Life is busy here but we enjoy ourselves and youll be doing worthwhile work.
The main part of your role is booking training for all our teams across our growing business. Whether its a webinar face to face course or a piece of eLearning theres always someone who is coordinating how it happens thats you!
Youll be primarily booking professional qualifications ranging from basic first aid to the most complex chainsaw courses all in a days work. Dont worry well give you the details!
The role you play will truly be critical for the entire business because without you and your team members learning doesnt happen.
Youll be flexible innovative and willing to work hard but with a solid purpose every day. We think this role would do great in our Billericay office but we are open to suggestions. Its most definitely a hybrid role so youll need to enjoy also working from home and need super strong Wi-Fi to be effective!
We will of course supply full training both when you join and as you go along to help you do the job well and develop you for the future.
The L&D team is fun passionate and loves what they do so youll need to show those same qualities to hit the ground running and help them smash their goals. We all work hard to maintain Psychological Safety which weve developed over the last couple of years.
