Job Description

Playnetic is on a mission to build high-quality engaging slot games and were growing our team.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced world of iGaming. You will be the first line of support for internal users across multiple locations ensuring that systems devices and networks are operating smoothly and securely.

The role requires technical expertise a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Location - This role will be based in Cyprus and initially require 5 days in the office per week once onboarded and comfortable the role will switch to a hybrid model with flexibility!


WHAT YOULL BE DOING

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops printers and smartphones.

- Support Google Workspace Microsoft 365 Slack VPN and related applications.

- Support and maintain IT assets including inventory management collection from departing employees and preparation for new starters.

- Manage support tickets using JIRA Service Desk or FreshService

- Monitor system and application alerts perform routine health checks and resolve issues where possible.

- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as necessary ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.


    WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

    - 1 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

    - Proficiency with Windows and MacOS operating systems and hardware troubleshooting

    - Hands-on experience with IT ticketing systems JIRA Service Desk FreshService or similar.

    - Technical knowledge of Google Workspace Microsoft 365 Slack MDM/MAM solutions Intune ManageEngine Endpoint Central and AutoPilot.

    - Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.

    - Experience supporting remote and in-office users
