We are looking for:
HVAC Service Managers with more than 5 years of experience EPA certification and a clean driving record. Strong leadership skills technician training abilities computer proficiency and excellent communication are a must.
This individual will ensure compliance with safety standards customer needs company policies and work assignments. The individual will be responsible for the daily supervision of employees in the HVAC department including monitoring for improper work practices and ensuring that work assignments are completed in a timely manner. This individual will supervise and train new hires as well as ensure that employees are performing duties to the satisfaction of customers vendors and other outside contractors. The individual will also be responsible for scheduling of technicians to meet customer demands and customer concerns. This position requires a high level of customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering results to our customers.

Tasks
HVAC Service Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians.
Ensure timely completion of work orders and excellent customer satisfaction.
Train new hires and oversee adherence to safety protocols.
Schedule technicians and address customer concerns.
Provide leadership and supervision to technicians on shift to ensure efficiency of services provided to customers.
Responsible for ensuring that all technician work orders are completed on time with minimal customer complaints.
Responsible for ensuring that technicians are trained on all service procedures company policies and procedures for handling customer complaints.
Ensure that all technician tools are properly used by new hires and existing technicians.
Ensure that technicians perform all duties required by the company as well as maintain safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC and leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Bilingual(Spanish-Englis)
- Valid drivers license required; Valid state drivers license required; Clean driving record required; Must pass drug screen background check & DOT physical exam requirements
- EPA II
