Description
The Technical Support and amp; Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance for our organizations IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support a passion for customer service and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and manage incident resolution effectively.
- Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date records of support incidents.
- Utilize remote support tools to assist customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve existing systems and processes.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to end-users on new technologies and systems.
- Participate in regular maintenance and updates of IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in technical support and maintenance.
- ITIL Certification is required.
- CompTIA A Certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and Cisco Networking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with technical documentation and reporting.
