Description
The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist for the Care-First Program will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration between various stakeholders including government bodies insurance providers and healthcare organizations. This position demands a proactive approach to engage with diverse groups ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing relationships resolving conflicts and analyzing data to improve stakeholder engagement practices and overall program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster relationships with stakeholders in the Care-First Program.
- Coordinate meetings workshops and forums to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders.
- Analyze data related to stakeholder engagement and program outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and program management effectively communicating updates and concerns.
- Manage conflicts and facilitate discussions to reach consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Maintain comprehensive records of stakeholder interactions and engagement activities.
- Provide regular reports to management highlighting engagement metrics and recommendations for enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement community relations or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Care-based Auto Insurance Systems and the Alberta Health Care System.
- Proficient in project management with a focus on stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills demonstrating the ability to navigate challenging discussions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
