We are seeking a competent and dynamic Human Resource and Administration Manager to lead and oversee all HR and administrative functions across the Group and its subsidiaries. This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping our people management practices strengthening organizational culture and ensuring operational excellence in HR and administration.
Responsibilities
A. Human Resource Management
Develop and implement Group-wide HR strategies policies and frameworks that promote a productive and compliant work environment.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job design sourcing interviewing onboarding and orientation across all subsidiaries.
Establish and manage performance management systems including KPIs appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
Plan and oversee training learning and development programs aligned with workforce development needs and career progression.
Design and manage compensation and benefits structures that are competitive and equitable.
Foster a positive organizational culture ensuring employee engagement satisfaction and retention.
Manage employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with legal and ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws HR-related statutory obligations and internal governance protocols.
Maintain accurate employee records HR data analytics and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
B. Administration Management
Oversee general office administration ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across headquarters and subsidiary locations.
Manage procurement of office supplies equipment and administrative services in line with Group procurement policies.
Coordinate logistics travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and partners.
Supervise security transport cleaning and support service teams to ensure safety and functionality of office premises.
Develop and enforce administrative policies procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee document control and records management ensuring confidentiality accessibility and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate company events internal meetings workshops and retreats across business units.
Maintain an inventory of physical assets and monitor asset utilization across all locations.
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field. A Masters degree and/or professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and administration experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Experience working in multi-sectoral or group structures is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and drive results across diverse teams and business units.
High level of integrity professionalism and discretion.
