Job Description

Location: Lagos

Work Schedule: Flexible


Our client is a leading international payments and foreign exchange solution company that specializes in the sales of major currencies like USD EUR GBP to Nigerian businesses and individuals.


The company is looking to hire an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager with a deep expertise in FX sales a strong network within Nigeria s financial ecosystem and the ability to drive high-value transactions. S/he will lead a sales team grow its revenue base and establish relationships that translate into multi-million-dollar FX deals


Job Responsibilities:

Drive the acquisition of high-volume FX clients across Nigeria (corporate and high-net-worth individuals).

Leverage existing industry relationships (banks corporates importers exporters) to close multi-million-dollar transactions.

Lead and manage a team of sales executives coaching reviewing performance and setting revenue targets.

Design and execute sales strategies for scaling client acquisition and FX volume.

Collaborate with compliance operations and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business Administration or in any related field.

Minimum of 6 years experience in FX sales B2B financial services or treasury-related roles.

Demonstrable track record of managing high-value FX transactions (in the millions of USD).

Strong portfolio of clients in industries that rely heavily on FX (import/export tech FMCG manufacturing etc.).

Prior experience in banks fintechs or licensed FX companies is a major advantage.

Excellent leadership negotiation and relationship management skills.

Proficient in CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

Benefits

Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N1.5m N4m monthly net Commission on deals closed and other interesting benefits
