Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Recruiter (Onshore) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for Information Technology positions in the United States. This role requires excellent communication skills a deep understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for entire Recruitment lifecycle for US region right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position through Job portals such as Dice Candidate reference Database Networking LinkedIn head Hunting etc. and able to work under pressure and high-volume environment quotas.
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs for every role and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Responsible for negotiation paperwork validation and closing on candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made Interview Coordination.
- Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data.
- Proven ability to successfully identify and qualify a diverse pool of technical candidates through LinkedIn resume reviews and other creative sourcing methods.
- Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously prioritizing tasks based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates who meet those needs.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry with a focus on niche technical roles.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for US staffing Market.
- Self-motivated with a passion for recruitment.
- Experience working on MSP/VMS model.
- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and social media.
- Exceptional oral & written communication interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
- Should have strong experience working on W2 Contract and Contract to hire positions.
- Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation.
- Should have the ability to meet deadlines deliver results and handle pressure.
- Excellent client interfacing skills communication skills Organized disciplined and productive
- Comfortable to work in US/Rotational/Night shift (Mandatory)
