Initiative Delivery Owner (IT)
Client is setting up a group program governance for the creation of a Joint Venture for the integration of its operational entities.
integration project:
- Integrate our systems with client s services and accommodate our internal IT systems to client s systems and processes
- Align our operational processes with client s processing systems
- Adapt roles and responsibilities in different layers in our organization to ensure a smooth transition and effective collaboration
IT will offer an end-to-end value proposition for consumer and business cards supporting international and domestic schemes issuing and acquiring and EPI.
The main responsibilities are:
- Key-role in the development and management of the program plans for the IT Delivery
- Contributor to the program governance and stakeholder management in close collaboration with the initiative owner and the Business program manager including the relation and cooperation with the Group and the coordination with client as third party
- Assisting the Business program manager in leading program boards or steering committees
- Program delivery management for IT including monitoring and reporting in agile way of working (preparing quarterly planning sprint cadence scrum-of scrums )
- Coordination of the contributions of several tribes in End-end-End setting
- Risk assessment and issue management
- Capacity planning and resource management
- Assisting in the financial management (budget and business case)
- Will require regularly to attend meetings in Paris
Profile:
- You have a Bachelor or a Master or equivalent
- Fluent in English French and ideally dutch
- At least 7 years of experience
- Experience in working with both IT and Business preferable in an agile environment
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Very good knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools (Agile Prince2 PMBOK Clarity MS project harmony ... )
- Familiar with various IT systems
- Proven experience in the management of complex projects or a program of projects
- Experience in working with both business and IT preferable in an agile environment
- knowledge of banking business and more specifically the Cards business
Bonus :
- Familiar with various Cards processing systems including cards issuing & payments
- Familiar with working in an international context and cultures
