IT Project Manager 3
Location: Atlanta GaWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with 5 10 years of professional experience to lead and oversee complex IT initiatives. This individual will be responsible for defining program strategies aligning projects with business objectives and ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT program management excellent communication skills and experience driving results in hybrid work environments.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and articulate program strategies aligned with organizational IT goals and business outcomes.
Define and manage a portfolio of dependent IT projects to achieve program objectives.
Organize and oversee IT programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Create and manage long-term program goals timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and resolve interdependencies across projects.
Develop detailed program budgets and operating plans.
Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed to enhance effectiveness.
Communicate program status risks and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Lead program planning meetings and facilitate regular team updates.
Ensure that all IT projects within the program are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
5 10 years of professional IT project/program management experience.
Proven track record of managing complex IT programs and delivering successful outcomes.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or equivalent.
Exceptional organizational analytical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
