Job Description
Permanent 5 days Yio Chu Kang
Key Responsibilities
Project
- Develop project schedules and ensure drawings meet design and classification standards.
- Review and analyze technical drawings authority regulations and tender specifications.
- Monitor site work quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Plan and execute projects including resource allocation and coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare project checklists procedures and close-out documentation.
- Handle progress claims and monitor post-project activities.

- Enforce safety protocols and proper work procedures on-site.
- Attend technical and progress meetings with clients/owners.
- Conduct site visits to resolve issues and update As-Built drawings.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of systems on-site.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW).
- 5 years experience in the construction industry..
- Proficient in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) system design and implementation.
Added advantage:
Experience in health care building or education institution acmv project
