Job Description
We are seeking a PHP Developer to join our Technology team who will build and maintain robust scalable backend systems that power the products and platforms shaping the future of digital health and beyond.
What youll do
Backend Development & API Integration
Design develop and maintain secure scalable PHP applications
Build and consume RESTful APIs to support seamless integration across platforms
Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness
Code Quality & Optimization
Write clean efficient and reusable code while following best practices
Conduct code reviews implement testing protocols and identify performance bottlenecks
Optimize queries and system performance to handle real-world load
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with frontend engineers product managers and QA to deliver high-impact features
Translate product requirements into technical specifications
Contribute to system architecture discussions and long-term tech strategy
Qualifications :
Experience: 3 years in PHP development (Laravel Symfony or similar frameworks)
Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of MySQL Git Composer and API standards (REST JSON)
Problem-Solving: Proactive in debugging refactoring and improving codebase performance
Mindset: Fast learner self-starter and driven to continuously improve
Collaboration: Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
Bonus: Experience in cloud environments (AWS GCP) CI/CD or containerization (Docker)
Additional Information :
Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule: 8am to 5pm
Location: One World Place 32nd Street BGC Taguig City
