LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is searching for a Vendor Sales Coach to join our team. In this role you will partner with our vendor-based Account Executives who educate and persuade new customers to embrace the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions platform capabilities. The Vendor Sales Coach will help uspenetratenew markets throughonboardingnew partnersand/or expandingsuccessful ongoing relationships withexistingvendors. The Vendor Sales Coach will performance manage holistic customer engagement quality and the partner programs ability to drive impact for our customersand ultimately be accountable for the revenue success of ourvendors performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the initial onboarding of the first Vendor-Based team on this sales motion
- Onboard and coach vendor-based team leads and reps to the LMS product suite bestpracticesand systems.
- Own revenue operations requirements relating to planning forecasting and KPI development and tracking.
- Monitor weekly sales performance metrics and share sales & customer insights with internal sales leadership via weekly updates and monthly reviews.
- Conduct weekly business reviews ensuring rigorous performance diagnoses mitigation plans and follow up to deliverrevenue and growth expectations.
- Create content for playbooks on all things Sales Motions and beyond that will enable broader Sales Coaches teams success
- Build influential trusted partner relationships and vendor sales management while providing appropriate support bestpracticesand guidance including consulting onGTM strategy andkey market trends
- Identify opportunities to improve sales outcomesincludingfinding innovative and scalable ways to deliver results and unlock growth andpartner with central teams toexecutevendor operations improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years of media sales/account management experience
Preferred qualification:
- Strong prior experience in digital advertising industry in sales account servicesmarketingor business development
- Knowledge of European markets and nuances selling within them
- Experience managing vendor-based teams
- Experience in motivating inspiring and driving teams to sustainable growth.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can embrace rapid change and innovationwith asuperior entrepreneurial sense
- Strong understanding of sales cycle bestpracticesand techniques
- Experience with analysis of sales activities and metricsthinkingcriticallyabout abusinessowningsales performancemanagementand managing customer outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skillswith experience navigating a matrix environment
- Ability to influence internal and vendor stakeholders without authority through clear and persuasive communication.
