Job Description
Our Customer Operations team ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our e-commerce clients. With extensive know-how in logistics supply chain management and e-commerce we ensure smooth and efficient daily logistics operations. We understand the unique operational challenges of our customers and continuously strive for innovations and improvements.
The essence of your role
- Continuous monitoring of KPIs and ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
- Proactively identifying and organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions in collaboration with internal departments and our customers.
- Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes for our customers.
- Communicating with the operational contacts of our customers in German and English to build a long-term and trusting collaboration.
- Preparing and independently discussing weekly monthly and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with our customers.
Qualifications :
This is what you need to succeed
- Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP) transportation or warehouse management in an e-commerce environment
- Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service
- Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel
- Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above)
