Responsible for content creation including interactive e-learning modules digital learning assets assessments and multimedia content.
Manages and administers Spectrums learning management system including user enrollment tracking and reporting and analyzes learning data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Stays up to date with emerging trends in instructional design learning technologies and adult education.
Responsible for Collaborates and engages with key stakeholders including SMEs trainers
Works with internal and external stakeholders including health care providers patients and regulatory agencies to promote quality safety and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications :
3 years experience in the field of Learning/Instructional Design (Virtual Education) in the health care sector
Post-secondary degree in Health Care Business HR Education or a related field.
Certificate in Instructional/Learning Design Education Program/Course work
Strong skills with e-learning authoring software (Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline) creation of SCORM packages and ease with manipulation of Learning Management Systems
Strong understanding of instructional design models learning theories and adult learning principles
Excellent project management communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with gamification microlearning mobile learning or virtual learning technologies is an asset
