Job Description
- Introduction of new business models and customer requirements
- Dimensioning and planning of the warehouse particularly its layout
- Participation in tenders contract awards and planning of warehouse relocations
- Implementation of process training for external service providers
- Participation in the development of warehouse processes within the logistics process landscape
- Application of CIP methodology for continuous improvement of process quality
- Responsibility for meeting key performance indicators (Bosch Distribution Standard KPIs)
- Development of corrective measures in case of KPI deviations ensuring implementation and monitoring sustainability
Qualifications :
- University degree in Economics or equivalent education
- Profound understanding of logistical processes
- Ability to work in an international team
- Confident and cooperative manner when working with related departments and external service providers
- Excellent communication skills
- Outcome-oriented work approach
- Good knowledge of the ERP system SAP and MS Office
- Willingness to travel (within working hours)
- Extensive professional experience
- Business fluency in English (C1 level)
