We are looking for a strategic Platform Manager to lead the design development and continuous improvement of a digital platform. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery drive continuous improvement and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Design: Lead the design and development of the TOMRA Eco System ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and business objectives.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital platform strategies to enhance user experience drive engagement and support business growth.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management of digital platform initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into the platform.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
What Youll Do:
- User-Centric Design: Create and maintain a user-centric digital platform that provides a seamless and engaging experience for all users.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to inform platform design and functionality ensuring decisions are based on user behavior and feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance platform performance usability and scalability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure the platform meets their needs.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital platform projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and users to ensure effective use of the digital platform.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Digital Marketing or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital platform management digital transformation or a related field.
- Strong technical skills with experience in digital platform design development and management. Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (e.g. CMS CRM analytics tools).
- Proven experience in managing complex digital projects with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital trends and technologies.
