Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Solution Strategist to join our ServiceNow Solution Consulting team with a focus on driving Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives and Public Sector transformation efforts in Singapore. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping digital transformation journeys across multiple government agencies and sectors co-creating innovative ServiceNow-based solutions that align with strategic national initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a business-savvy technologist with a strong architectural background deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and experience in presales and solution consulting. You will collaborate closely with public sector stakeholders internal teams and ServiceNow product management to ensure our solutions deliver real measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Lead and drive ServiceNow strategy for WOG initiatives supporting Singapores Smart Nation and public sector digital transformation goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders interpreting their challenges into solution opportunities using ServiceNow.
- Represent ServiceNow in public forums workshops and strategic discussions as a thought leader in government digital services.
2. Public Sector Engagement
- Understand the unique regulatory compliance security and operational needs of Singapores public sector.
- Act as a liaison between government agencies and ServiceNows internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables timelines and outcomes.
- Drive cross-agency collaboration to identify reusable solutions blueprints and frameworks.
3. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Lead the design of innovative scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions tailored for the public sector.
- Collaborate with technical architects developers and delivery teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Conduct solution workshops and high-level architecture reviews with customers and partners.
4. Co-Creation & Product Alignment
- Work closely with the ServiceNow Product Management team to influence roadmap decisions with feedback from Singapores government ecosystem.
- Lead co-creation workshops and innovation sprints with agencies to prototype and pilot new capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of industry-specific solution accelerators and best practices.
5. Presales & Deal Support
- Partner with the sales and solution consulting teams to provide domain and solution expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver compelling presentations demos and proof-of-concept engagements that align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs with tailored solution architectures and value propositions.
Qualifications :
Key Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field.
- 10 years of experience in solution architecture presales or digital transformation roles.
- Proven track record of engaging with public sector clients ideally in Singapore or ASEAN region.
Technical Expertise
- Strong background in ServiceNow architecture platform capabilities and integration approaches.
- Experience with enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF) and government frameworks (e.g. IM8 D-Gov).
- Knowledge of ITSM ITOM CSM App Engine or industry-specific ServiceNow solutions.
- Understanding of security privacy and data governance in public sector environments.
Business & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate government needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels influencing senior leaders while supporting delivery teams.
- Experience in collaborative solution development design thinking and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Singapores GovTech initiatives such as GCC CODEX or the Digital Government Blueprint.
- Experience working with ecosystem partners (SI ISV GSI) on joint government transformation projects.
