What Youll Do
As the Structural Section Head you will:
- Drive the strategic growth of the structural department in coordination with senior leadership.
- Lead business development and marketing initiatives to expand local market presence.
- Manage the departmental budget allocate resources and ensure financial success.
- Oversee proposal development and contribute to winning new projects.
- Act as the go-to technical expert for project managers and technical teams.

Define staffing needs and recruit top engineering talent for your team.
- Conducted performance reviews provided regular coaching and supported career development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (from an accredited institution)

Professional Engineer (PE) License

10 years of experience in structural or civil engineering

Proven success in project management and business development

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications

Strong local client network including county and state agencies

Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of local engineering standards codes and permitting processes
