Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support & IT Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure. This is a full-time permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware software and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT related problems in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer systems networks printers and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain the companys IT infrastructure including servers switches and routers
- Ensure data security and backup systems are in place and functioning properly
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
- Train employees on how to use new hardware and software systems
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the companys IT infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the companys IT systems
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of data security and backup systems
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new skills quickly
