Essential Responsibilites:
- Lead the implementation of project controls best practices and process improvements to ensure successful project execution enhance communication among the project team and improve client satisfaction.
- Develop monitor and update cost-loaded CPM schedules and Work Breakdown Structures using Primavera P6.
- Monitor assess and report on progress and impacts to the critical path.
- Prepare schedule reports and other analytics as required.
- Analyze cost schedule and change order data to support forecasting and estimating activities.
- Respond to cost and schedule data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Consult with clients and participate in project status meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualitfications & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in scheduling monitoring controlling and updating project schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- 3 years of experience preparing & developing project schedules preferred.
- 2 years of experience Primavera P6 scheduling preferred.
