Job Description
- This is a full-time position with consistent optional overtime.

- Configure manufacturer and in-house controls (JENEsis/Niagara) based on project submittals and plans.
- Coordinate with controls contractors to ensure seamless integration and system communication.
- Install troubleshoot and support a wide range of VFDs (Yaskawa ABB Mitsubishi Allen Bradley Danfoss Grundfos).
- Work with modulating components: digital/VFD compressors supply/exhaust fans dampers valves EEVs stepper gas valves and SCR electric heat.
- Assist with commissioning 3 200 ton semi-custom AHUs and 10 300 ton scroll/screw chillers.
- Experience with VAV MAU DOAS and single-zone systems.
Requirements
- Must have UniversalEPA OSHA 10 preferred
- Comfortable working around 5-ton to 200-ton package rooftop units h.
- Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Understanding Real Time Energy Management (RTEM) enabling Client
- Lift & move 75 lbs
- Have hand tools
- 3 years experience working with commercial HVAC systems Controls startup and refrigeration See list above
- Will need experience with boilers chillers and pneumatic controls digital controls and packaged HVAC equipment.
- Universal EPA certified
- Journeyman HVAC preferred but not required.
- Clean driving record.
