Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in German to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries and provide top-tier support for an international brand. This is an on-site position offering a Welcome Bonus of 3000 and competitive salary & benefits.
Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational)

Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM

Days Off: 2 days on a rotational basis
Salary & Compensation:

Base Salary: 1100 (x14 months)

Bonus:

135 (x12 months)

120 (x12 months)

Meal Allowance: 7.23/day

Transport Allowance: 20/month

Available from Day 1 (paid monthly)

Free after 6 months of contract
