About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team. This full-time onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore involves working on a variety of digital products transforming complex requirements into user-friendly designs that deliver a seamless experience.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals

Design wireframes mockups prototypes and user flows for web and mobile applications

Conduct user research usability testing and competitor analysis to guide design decisions
-
Create and maintain design systems style guides and UI kits for consistent product design

Translate feedback into thoughtful design improvements

Ensure responsiveness accessibility and usability across different devices and platforms
-
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation
-
Stay current with UI/UX trends design tools and emerging technologies
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science Human-Computer Interaction or a related field

2 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
-
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch and InVision
-
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
-
Experience with responsive design web/mobile layouts and component-based design systems
-
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development practices is a plus
-
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user testing methodologies
-
Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills
-
A strong portfolio demonstrating user interface and user experience design work
