Role Overview
As a Tech Talent Sourcer you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality tech candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter. Your role is critical to ensuring a steady stream of top candidates for our recruiting team to move through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source technical candidates (e.g. software engineers developers data professionals) using LinkedIn Recruiter as the primary tool.
- Use advanced Boolean search techniques to find and reach out to passive candidates.
- Craft compelling outreach messages that align with each candidates background and interests.
- Maintain and update candidate information in our internal systems or ATS.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring needs and target profiles.
- Track and report on sourcing activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter in tech recruitment ideally within an agency.
- Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates.
- Strong Boolean search skills and knowledge of LinkedIn search filters and features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and self-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with other sourcing tools is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of technical terms and roles in the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with remote teams or clients across different time zones.
