We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at MarshMcLennan Agency (MMA). You will conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing selection compensation negotiations and guiding candidates through the selection process all while advancing the MMA brand.
We will count on you to:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms to source passive and active candidates.
- Pre-screen applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting phone and in-person interviews.
- Extend and negotiate employment offers as directed and within company guidelines.
- Advise and consult with hiring managers regarding market trends recruiting issues and company policies and procedures.
What you need to have:
- 3-5 years experience in a fast-paced service-oriented recruiting environment.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel).
- Exceptional verbal written and communication skills.

- Recruitment designation (CIR CPC or similar) preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work effectively with diverse personalities.
