Job Description

Main Duties:
- Drive growth strategies for pharmaceutical and medical device portfolios
- Pursue new business opportunities including partnerships licensing and pipeline growth
- Develop/maintain key relationships with healthcare providers industry partners and regulators
- Monitor market dynamics to drive commercial decisions and innovation
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the lifecycle of strategic contracts
- Monitor market dynamics to drive commercial decisions and innovation
- Oversee operational workflows across supply chain regulatory compliance sales and distribution ensuring European regulations
What skills do you need
- A Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or a related Science degree along with a Masters degree in Business Management or Administration
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development and operational leadership within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector
- In-depth knowledge of EU and Maltese regulations governing pharmaceuticals and medical devices
- Well-versed and experienced in the local healthcare system and regulatory framework
- Proven track record in leading commercial and business development initiatives in the industry
- Strategic commercially-minded leader with operational expertise leveraging data-driven decisions
- Strong negotiation leadership and interpersonal skills for business success
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
