Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to lead the design and implementation of solutions for replatforming core banking supervision systems. Do you have a strong product owner mindset and a deep understanding of banking supervision requirements regulations and industry trends Are you experienced in collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the project life cycle for the development of core banking supervision systems collaborating with diverse user divisions.
  • Analyze and document both high-level and detailed business functional and non-functional requirements to capture the needs and rules of the business.
  • Work alongside business users and other analysts to assess current processes identify areas for improvement and redesign workflows during the modernization phase.
  • Act as an intermediary between business stakeholders technical teams and vendors to ensure clarity in requirements and that solutions align with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end business operations and data utilization across various teams and systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as business cases process diagrams UI/UX mockups and user stories to facilitate effective communication.
  • Support functional/system integration testing (SIT) by reviewing test cases crafted by testers and addressing any issues or change requests.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by formulating test plans and cases and coordinating with end users to validate system functionalities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system monitoring resolve issues and deliver increased business value.
  • Aid in preparing reports and presentations to communicate project status challenges and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to user training and system launch efforts by developing user manuals and training materials conducting training sessions and gathering user feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis preferably in the finance or regulatory domains.
  • Experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with large-scale IT projects involving various business and IT teams and systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to persuade business users in support of proposed strategies and process enhancements.
  • Proficiency in tools for creating UI/UX mockups and process diagrams to aid in requirement communication.
  • A solid grasp of software development principles and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of business analysis and project management tools (e.g. Confluence JIRA) is a plus.
  • Ability to write reports and deliver presentations effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
