Commercial Plumber Installation & Maintenance
Salary:per annum (DOE) Plenty of Overtime
Location: Dartford or Maidstone Kent
Are you a skilled Commercial Plumber looking for a fresh challenge Whether youre installing pipework or keeping essential systems running smoothly this role offers variety stability and the chance to work across a wide range of public sector settings.
About the Role
Youll carry out installation and maintenance plumbing work across commercial properties in the public sector from schools and hospitals to council buildings and community facilities. Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Plenty of overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in various public sector environments
- Conducting system checks and inspections to ensure operational efficiency
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults quickly and professionally
- Ensuring compliance with health safety and industry regulations
- Communicating clearly with clients and colleagues to keep projects on track
What Youll Need
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing (install & maintenance)
- City & Guilds or equivalent plumbing qualifications
- Unvented Hot Water Certificate (G3) essential
- Valid CSCS card essential
- Knowledge of water supply drainage and heating systems
- A proactive approach and good problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
