Traveling Commercial Roofing Superintendent
Own the Field. Lead Wherever the Project Takes You.
Base Location: Flexible butideally in Texas Maryland Florida Virginia or North CarolinaProjects; Across Eastern & Southern U.S.
Compensation: $90000$115000 Base Bonuses Per Diem Full Benefits Company Truck

Theyve built a reputation for trust grit and getting it done right.Now theyre urgently hiring a Traveling Superintendent to join their elite field team. Youll go where the company needs you moststepping into large-scale roofing projects across multiple states and leading them from the front.
This is a role for a confident field leader who thrives in motion knows how to command a crew and doesnt need hand-holding. Youll be deployed on jobs that demand sharp instincts strong organization and the ability to hit the ground running.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading field operations on commercial roofing projects across multiple states
- Coordinating labor materials and scheduling to keep projects efficient and on time
- Managing field crews and foremen with a focus on safety productivity and quality
- Representing the company at site meetings with GCs engineers and clients
- Solving jobsite issues as they arisecreatively independently and effectively
- Maintaining tight communication with project management while keeping boots on the ground
- 5 years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
- Mastery of TPO PVC EPDM BUR coatings metal and hot/cold applied systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience on complex or secure sites (military government hospital high-rise)
- OSHA-certified with a strong safety-first mindset
- Valid drivers license & U.S. work eligibility
- Willingness to travel frequently and be away for stretches of time (home base location flexible)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Base Salary: $90000$115000 performance-based bonuses
- Per Diem Provided: Daily per diem for meals company-covered lodging for out-of-town jobs
- All Travel Paid: Flights mileage accommodationscompany handles logistics
- Company Vehicle: Fully equipped truck gas card laptop and phone
