In this position you will supervise and train a small group of professional caseworkers or other subordinates. Your responsibilities will include assigning and supervising child abuse investigations; providing case management counseling and referral services; and performing coaching conferences with each assigned caseworker for case planning. Our team will also rely on you to coordinate and review case records documents and information prepared by staff to ensure that they are in compliance with agency policies and procedures and legal requirements.
