What Youll Be Doing

Upsell warranty coverage by helping customers understand the benefits of additional protection for new vehicle purchases

Evaluate and support warranty claims using your automotive background and knowledge of vehicle systems

Deliver responsive customer service and support to clients agents and customers throughout the claims process

Coordinate inspections for high-value or potentially fraudulent claims

Ensure accuracy in documentation and follow standard procedures

Stay up to date with product training and process updates
What You Bring

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Advisor Parts Advisor or Automotive Technician

Deep understanding of automotive diagnostics repairs and service contract terms

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage claim timelines

High school diploma or equivalent

Must pass a background check
