Location: In-home and clinic-based settings

About The Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) youll design and oversee individualized treatment plans support and train staff and work directly with families to ensure progress and success. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans and behavioral strategies

Evaluate client progress and make real-time adjustments to programs

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents clinicians and support staff

Supervise train and mentor ABA therapists and team members

Maintain documentation and communicate with insurance/funding sources

Maintain a balance of billable clinical hours and supervision duties
What Youll Need

BCBA certification or Masters degree in ABA Psychology or related field

Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)

Valid drivers license and insured reliable transportation

Bilingual/multilingual candidates may qualify for increased pay
