Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop customized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs
- Collaborate with families schools and other service providers to create integrated treatment plans (including IEP/ISP goals)
- Deliver training and ongoing support for RBTs families and caregivers
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans based on data analysis and client outcomes
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with BACB and funder requirements
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and state/federal regulations governing behavioral health services
- Attend team meetings and professional development sessions (in person or virtually)
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- Solid understanding of ABA principles including behavior acquisition and reduction strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Experience in training supervising and mentoring RBTs
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and state regulatory standards
