General Purpose:

Perform various administrative duties in support of the Human Resources and Learning and Development teams. All employees consistently support and promote the company mission five key beliefs and philosophies and provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.

Essential Functions:
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee databases.
Process non-working National Medical Support Orders.
Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate individuals. Return voicemails.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries.
Receive and distribute incoming mail to corporate office staff members.
Maintain corporate meeting rooms calendar and schedule meeting rooms based on availability.
Submit supply orders as needed and stock supply closets and kitchens.
Coordinate ordering of meals or refreshments for large meetings.
Mail audits for the unemployment department weekly.
Take mail to the post office daily.
Assist the Human Resources team with daily tasks using various systems.

Desired Skills & Requirements:
Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A valid drivers license is required for this role to travel between necessary locations and corporate office.
