About the Job:
Our client is a leading environmental engineering company in Sri Lanka specializing in clinical pharmaceutical e-waste and maritime waste management. Established in 2014 the company pioneered Sri Lankas first centralized clinical waste treatment facility and continues to deliver sustainable waste solutions through cutting-edge technology and global best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow market share.
- Lead the sales team with clear targets training and performance monitoring.
- Identify new business opportunities in packaging agriculture and FMCG sectors.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate on campaigns advertisements and product launches.
- Track market trends competitors and feedback to refine strategies.
- Deliver sales presentations proposals and close deals with clients.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize performance.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the polythene manufacturing or packaging industry including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team setting clear goals and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Having a well-established customer base in a similar industry will be a plus point.
- Strong understanding of polythene products and their applications in various industries.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies identifying new business opportunities and establishing long-term client relationships.
