Your role and work environment:

As an enthusiastic analytical and experienced Portfolio Management Expert willing to work in a dynamic and complex environment your role will be to contribute in the successful development of the portfolio management team and practices to enable key bank objectives are achieved and the organization works in the same direction.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Portfolio Management Expert you

You will foster a culture of collaboration with tribes and other CoEs: challenging the projects to ensure value creation for the client alignment with INGs strategy and simplicity by design both on technical and business approach.

You will ensure consistency in methodology collaborating with your agile coaches colleagues across different initiatives products and tribes in terms of metrics and definitions.

Together with your team you advise and drive the change in the organization via an end-to-end view on the full portfolio

Work with senior management to establish prioritise and manage the portfolio of initiatives and provide transparency to enable decision making.

Translate concepts into tangible execution and know how to achieve goals in a large complex organisation. A key aspect is to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and to act strategically.

Provide structure to the organization backlog organize aggregate and present the information through different dashboards and reports to give clarity and facilitate decision taking at different levels.

What are we looking for

A colleague who knows how to achieve goals in a large complex organisation; you can build and maintain relationships with your stakeholders; you act strategically; and you are able to adapt concepts into tangible execution.

A track record in implementing complex programmes is needed and you will need to know how to solve problems that are impacting the progress of the programme. Specific experience in implementing change in highly regulated environments is a distinct advantage.

High capacity on managing big amount of data organize it and creating complex data models in a structured way that can be consumed by full organization.

Be able to design develop and deploy business analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies such as SQL Power BI etc.

We need to communicate constantly with the organization; influencing and guiding is essential. Writing and editing skills (videos PowerPoint) will be valued.

Proven track record and technical skills

• Strong programme management and problem solving skills;
• An eye for detail and an analytical way of thinking able to work under pressure;
• A persistent open and convincing way of communicating: an ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation particularly at senior management level;
• The ability to persuade people and to turn resistance into cooperation;
• Results oriented with an ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting programme challenges;
• Good knowledge of Office package in special ability to build and work with complex excel files to manage large amount of data.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Writing and editing skills (Adobe Prmiere PowerPoint) will be valued
• Ability to support yourself and other team members in development.
• Support the development and craftsmanship of your team.
• A consulting mind-set including an ability to think of and discuss structural solutions;
• Organizationally sensitive experience within ING is a pre or consultancy

• Comprehensive understanding of multisource data modeling with detailed knowledge and understanding of database management systems and the ETL (Extract Transform Load) framework.
• Deep knowledge of the tools and technologies used by the Microsoft SQL Server Power Query PowerBI and DAX.
• Great visualization skills and analytical thinking to transform data into stories leading to improve decision taking.
• Be able to validate new data models that support decision-making.

• Traducirs conceptos en ejecuciones tangibles y sabrs cmo alcanzar objetivos en una organizacin grande y compleja. Un aspecto clave es construir y mantener relaciones con las partes interesadas y actuar estratgicamente.
• Proporcionars estructura al backlog de la organizacin organizando agregando y presentando la informacin a travs de diferentes paneles de control e informes para dar claridad y facilitar la toma de decisiones en diferentes niveles.

Qu estamos buscando

Buscamos una persona que sepa cmo alcanzar objetivos en una organizacin grande y compleja; que pueda construir y mantener relaciones con sus partes interesadas; que acte estratgicamente; y que sea capaz de adaptar conceptos en ejecuciones tangibles.

• Se necesita un historial en la implementacin de programas complejos y debers saber cmo resolver problemas que estn afectando el progreso del programa. La experiencia especfica en la implementacin de cambios en entornos altamente regulados es una ventaja distintiva.
• Alta capacidad para gestionar grandes cantidades de datos organizarlos y crear modelos de datos complejos de manera estructurada que puedan ser consumidos por toda la organizacin.
• Ser capaz de disear desarrollar y desplegar paneles de anlisis de negocios utilizando tecnologas de Microsoft BI como SQL Power BI etc.
• Necesitamos comunicarnos constantemente con la organizacin; influir y guiar es esencial. Se valorarn las habilidades de redaccin y edicin (videos PowerPoint).
• Historial comprobado y habilidades tcnicas:
  • Fuertes habilidades en gestin de programas y resolucin de problemas.
  • Un ojo para los detalles y una forma de pensar analtica capaz de trabajar bajo presin.
  • Una forma persistente abierta y convincente de comunicar: una capacidad para comunicarse con todos los niveles de la organizacin particularmente a nivel de alta direccin.

  • Orientacin a resultados con una capacidad para encontrar formas de resolver o anticipar desafos del programa.
  • Buen conocimiento del paquete de Office en especial la capacidad de construir y trabajar con archivos complejos de Excel para gestionar grandes cantidades de datos.
  • Capacidad para comunicar ideas de manera clara y concisa.
  • Se valorarn las habilidades de redaccin y edicin (Adobe Premiere PowerPoint).
  • Capacidad para apoyarte a ti mismo/a y a otros miembros del equipo en el desarrollo.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo y la artesana de tu equipo.
  • Una mentalidad de consultora incluyendo la capacidad de pensar y discutir soluciones estructurales.
  • Sensibilidad organizacional experiencia dentro de ING es una ventaja o consultora.
  • Comprensin integral del modelado de datos de mltiples fuentes con conocimiento detallado y comprensin de los sistemas de gestin de bases de datos y el marco ETL (Extract Transform Load).
  • Conocimiento profundo de las herramientas y tecnologas utilizadas por Microsoft SQL Server Power Query PowerBI y DAX.
  • Excelentes habilidades de visualizacin y pensamiento analtico para transformar datos en historias que conduzcan a mejorar la toma de decisiones.
  • Ser capaz de validar nuevos modelos de datos que apoyen la toma de decisiones.
