You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFreaks 4U Gaming is looking for committed and motivated Business Development Manager to support our team in expanding partnerships across the gaming and esports industry. In this role you will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities build client relationships and contribute to the strategic growth of our service portfolio. Youll gain hands-on experience with both operational and strategic processes while continuously developing your skill set.
Identify and reaching out to potential new partners within the gaming and esports landscape
Contribute to market and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends and business potential
Assist in the creation of proposals presentations and sales documents in collaboration with the senior team
Coordinate internal briefings and alignments to facilitate the execution of new projects
Participate in client meetings partner calls and industry events
Maintain and update CRM data and support the creation of forecasts and reports
Required:
35 years of experience in business development account management or sales preferably in the gaming esports or media industry
Completed training or degree in business marketing media or a related field
Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English
Self-organized and dependable with a strong interest in business development
Interest in market analysis customer needs and digital business models
Preferred:
Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the esports community
Initial experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
First-hand experience with sales or pitch processes in an agency environment
