You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative and secretarial support services within a school setting in order to ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students staff and members of the public. Duties include but are not limited to: scheduling prioritizing and maintaining the daily workflow of the office; coordinate and conduct student registrations monitor school budgets and supplies coordinate the purchase of school supplies and services and maintain proper accounting records accordingly preparation and/or typing of correspondence completion of reports and documents maintenance of files and records and answering and/or directing enquiries as per board/school policy.
