Your Profile:
Education/Qualifications
- Degree with specialisation in finance / Real Estate / economics
Experience
- 7-10 years relevant professional experience in real estate investment or commercial property valuations in both Australia and Europe
- Alternate asset class experience essential such as forestry hotels and Build to Rent residential
- Property and lease cash flow modelling required including the ability to build cash flow models
- Exposure to fund models desirable
- Experience in development or execution of an Impact Investment Framework preferred
Knowledge and Skills
- Financial modelling analysis development feasibility and/or valuation experience considered favourable
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with RICS and IVS
- Experience in core real estate sectors in Australia
- Fluency in English
Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication presentation and report writing skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills (DCF and financial modelling)
- Solid capability of MS Office PowerPoint and Excel
- Autonomous trustworthy and accountable
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Problem solver and open minded

About the Role:
Join our dynamic Fund Financial Management team in Australia as a Senior Analyst where you will play a pivotal role in driving the management of the AXA Groups Australian investments both direct and indirect. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our investment strategies and enhance fund performance within a collaborative environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of key fund and investment strategies.
- Lead the client liaison with the AXA Group Funds Management team in Paris and other internal teams at head office.
- Influence asset managers and make key decisions to enhance Fund performance.
- Maintain awareness of all key fund and asset management matters occurring within the Fund.
- Oversee fund-related reporting to the Board and Investors including insights on real estate markets and asset management initiatives and acquisition and disposal programs.
- Ensure compliance with governance structures and participate in relevant Investor and Advisory Committees as required.
- Manage and oversee key processes for AXA funds including asset and SPV budgeting and business plan development in collaboration with asset managers.
- Assist the Transaction Team with new transactions including due diligence and investment structure and ventures establishment.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
