What Youll Do:
As a Field Solar Consultant youll be the face of Venture Solarconnecting with homeowners educating them on the benefits of going solar and helping guide them toward a greener more cost-effective energy future.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Completing training quickly and communicating regularly with your manager.
Learning and confidently presenting our solar energy solutions.
Identifying eligible residential properties for solar installations.
Generating leads and booking qualified appointments in the field.
Compensation That Rewards Your Hustle:
We recognize and reward results! Heres how we support your earning potential:
First Appointment Bonus: $500 bonus following your first completed appointment.
Completed Visit Payment: Earn $250 per qualifying appointment. To qualify visits must meet the following:
The property is solar-eligible.
All decision-makers are present.
The homeowners electricity usage justifies solar installation.
The homeowner confirms a 650 credit score.
A full solar presentation is delivered.
Sales Bonus: Receive $300 bi-weekly for each sale marked as Closed Won.

Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (details provided separately).
Reports to: Dylan Creswell.
