Job Description
Serra Auto Campus is in need of a Business Develop Center (BDC) Representative. An individual in this role will be primarily working with our clients to schedule maintenance and repair appointments for their vehicles. This individual will utilize phone email and text for communicating with our clients to schedule service appointments. This is a full-time position. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday and a Saturday rotation with the other members in this department. Experience is preferred but not required.
