Job Description
McLeod Home Care is looking for a dynamic and motivated Community Relations Director to lead all sales and marketing efforts in our Greenville SC Area. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our client base by building strong relationships with referral sources promoting our services and creating awareness of the high-quality care we provide. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking community engagement in-home contract completion and a passion for senior care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Referral Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key referral sources including hospitals physician offices senior living communities rehab centers and other healthcare providers.
- Community Outreach: Represent McLeod Home Care at local events expos and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients and their families providing education on our services and care solutions. Set an appointment to close the sale at their residence accompanied by a care manager. Marketing Executive will complete the contract and Care Manager will finish the assessment on their own with the client.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve growth goals.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads referrals and potential clients to maintain relationships and convert inquiries into care opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends competitor activities and regional demographics to identify growth opportunities.
- Promotional Materials: Create and distribute brochures presentations and other marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the care team to ensure alignment between client needs and services provided.
- Experience: 2 years in healthcare marketing sales or business development (preferably in senior care or home health).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Knowledge of the senior care industry is a plus
