Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tally Trainer to join our team at Kshipra Academy. This is a full-time mid-level position based in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have up to 6 years of experience in conducting effective training sessions and be adept in using Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime and Zoho Books. The trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience of our students helping them achieve significant career milestones in accounting and finance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in conducting engaging and informative training sessions connecting with students to ensure understanding and retention (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime is essential for this role and must be highlighted in your experience (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Zoho Books ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer during training (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in curriculum planning to ensure structured and comprehensive courses tailored to students needs.
- Strong skills in student engagement ensuring an interactive and motivating environment for effective learning.
- Solid accounting knowledge to provide accurate and reliable training content that meets industry standards.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and speeds among students.
- Strong communication and presentation skills enabling clear and effective delivery of training content.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime and Zoho Books ensuring all trainees gain a solid understanding of the tools.
- Develop and enhance training materials and curriculum to keep up with the latest industry trends and software updates.
- Engage actively with students answering queries and providing feedback to foster an effective learning environment.
- Evaluate students performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and organize training schedules ensuring optimal resource utilization and student engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting software to incorporate them into the training programs.
- Provide insights into best practices and real-world applications of accounting principles using Tally and Zoho Books.
- Mentor students to help them achieve career objectives in accounting and finance supporting them in obtaining relevant certifications.
