What youll be doing
You will be responsible to support the delivery of the Human Resource strategy to further the banks strategic imperative to deliver consistent and sustainable performance over the long term. You will translate business needs into integrated Human Resource solutions to fully leverage leadership employee capability and organizational development within the Commercial & Wealth Management/Personal & Business Banking Chief Administration Office and Private Banking line of business. You will provide strategic advice and proactive support to senior leadership in all areas of Human Resources including: talent acquisition talent management total rewards and employee relations.

Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
