Are you a driven and customer-focused finance professional looking to take the next step in your career Werribee and Western Automotive Group a leading and multi-award-winning dealership group in Melbournes west is seeking an experienced Vehicle Finance and Insurance Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in securing tailored finance and insurance solutions
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
Build strong relationships with lending institutions and insurers
Maximise finance penetration and customer satisfaction
Train and mentor dealership staff on finance and insurance introductions/offerings
Prepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I)
Strong understanding of credit processes and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Driven goal-oriented and customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Accredited with required F&I certifications/Lenders
